Milton L. Cruz, Esq., Chairman, President, and CEO
Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Cruz was President and CEO of Puerto Rico’s premier hospital network for 10 years, the San Pablo Health System. The System was majority owned by the Cruz-Rosario Group and sold to Universal Health Services, Inc ( NYSE: UHS), the USA third largest hospital management company. Mr. Cruz served as UHS CEO for the PR market for over six years. After Mr. Cruz’s tenure as CEO of UHS operations in Puerto Rico he acquired a hospital that had financial challenges. After such hospital financial condition improved, he sold the hospital to a multi hospital company. Thereafter, Mr. Cruz founded and operated Estancia HomeCare, a Medicare Certified Home Health Care Agency, which he later sold to Amedisys ( NASDQ: AMED).
Mr. Cruz was Chairman and President of the Puerto Rico Hospital Association and President of the Puerto Rico Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He holds a Masters of Laws from Georgetown University, a Juris Doctor from Boston University, a BA from Mercer University, Macon, Georgia and a Masters of Health Services Administration from the University of Puerto Rico.
Mr. Cruz is admitted to the practice of law in the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Federal District Court for Puerto Rico, the U. S. First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Cruz has received numerous awards and recognitions, including, Top Management Award, Top Ten Business Leader of PR, and the Regent Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Mr. Cruz is a Fellow of The American College of Healthcare Executives and a Certified Home/Hospice Care Executive.
Aileen Rosso, MBA, Director
Aileen specializes in commercial investment analysis. She holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from University of Texas at Austin, and has the Certified Commercial Investment designation from the CCIM Institute in Chicago. Mrs. Rosso is also a Graduate from the Realtors Institute.
Walter Esquivel, Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer. Former Executive Director of the Glavin Center for Global Management at Babson College. Mr. Esquivel also served as Luksic Director of the Institute for Latin American Business (ILAB). Prior to joining Babson, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Navex, devloped a successful “container logistics” business in Costa Rica consisting of an ocean shipping agency (Sea Land Service, Inc.), inland transportation, container storage and repair, and stevedoring services.
Mr. Esquivel served as Chairman of the Board of CINDE. He also served as President of AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce), which together with the other AMCHAM’s of the region, has been instrumental in promoting a Free Trade Agreement with USA; and has served as a Board Member in a variety of industries such as banking/finance, food processing, and a manufacturing Free Zone development company.
He participates actively in YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and WPO (World President Organization) to nurture and mentor the entrepreneual spirit. He is fluent in three languages (English, Spanish, and French). Mr. Esquivel earned a B. A. from California State University at Long Beach and attended the PAG (Programa de Alta Gerencia) Executive Business Program at INCAE.

Carolina Ortiz-Rosso, Director of Marketing and Digital Media
Throughout her career, Carolina has focused on identifying growth opportunities for companies through the digital landscape. She has over 7 years of experience in marketing, digital and communications in both service and consumer product industries. She studied English and Marketing at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She has a Master’s Degree from IE Business School in Madrid in Market Research and Consumer Behavior. In her role, Carolina creates and implements strategies that raise brand awareness, produce leads and promote company growth.
Nyvia Rodriguez, Director of Memory Care Program
With a Master’s in Clinical Social Work, a Certification in Alzheimer’s and a Graduate Certification in Gerontology, Nyvia is leading the charge when it comes to training personnel to care for residents with any memory related situations.
Krystal Garcia, Director of Community Relations
Mrs. Garcia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Translations and a minor in Languages from University of Puerto Rico. She has a Master’s Degree from Charles III University in Madrid in Customer Relationship and Business Management, CRM.
Mrs. Eileen Medina, Senior Accountant
Mrs. Medina has over fifteen years experience in the accounting field. She supports our Accounting Department in all areas of the accounting cycle. She holds a BBA degree in Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Metropolitan University.
Joan Rodriguez, Junior Accountant
Mrs. Rodriguez has over 6 years experience in the accounting and taxes field. She will support Accounts Payable and Accounting Department. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón Campus.

Mrs. Asia holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from the Interamerican University, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and has taken numerous Marketing courses and seminars.
